    Very poor service at the airport Ladurée today. I came to buy a macaron gift box and was met with rude, impatient, and unprofessional behaviour. The staff member was clearly not interested in helping and made the whole experience unpleasant. I’ve been to another Ladurée in Central London before, where the service was warm and polite, so the difference was shocking. The attitude here was unacceptable, and it also felt like the staff member treated customers differently depending on race. Ladurée should take this seriously.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Ladurée today at around 4pm. The staff member who served me had a very poor attitude throughout the entire interaction. I noticed they were smiling and friendly to the customer before me, but when it was my turn, they became cold, unfriendly, and visibly unhappy. Even though I was polite and simply asked for help preparing a macaron gift box, the staff member remained rude and unwelcoming the whole time. The difference in attitude was very noticeable and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I expected a much higher standard of service from a luxury brand like Ladurée. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined the visit for me.

    I was attended by Gaganpreet Kaur on 9th April on my flight to back home to India. She is such a charm and caring woman, she helped me pick the right cake for my sister who I was seeing after 3 years. Thanks Gagan for making the occasion even more special and memorable. Laudre must preserve such staff for life. Cheers

    Big red flags here. We wanted to be served and it was signalled we had to wait until a very unnecessary piece of glass was polished. Very difficult for the server to muster a smile or any warmth that it felt like we were highly unwelcome. Macarons were shoved in a bag, drinks placed on counter without indicating where sugar and stirrers are. All in all, a hostile environment. Prets was nearby, better off there currently

    I love Ladurée, but the staff completely ruined the experience. It was honestly one of the most unpleasant interactions I’ve ever had. If you’re that unhappy in your role, maybe it’s time to find something else. Working in customer service means being polite and welcoming - at the very least, a smile would go a long way.
